Summer Jamz Rally provides you a great opportunity to see beautiful country side and sites along West Tennessee's Cotton Junction Trail, great roads and destinations for the motorcycle enthusiasts.
Check in Saturday morning, July 18, 2015, 9 a.m., at the Delta Heritage Center in Brownsville, to learn about the selected sites. You'll also have an opportunity to visit bonus locations along the trail to increase your score.
To complete this five and one-half hour (5-1/2 hr.) riding adventure you must photo document visiting three of five locations. A rally bandana and passport will be provided upon check in. You do not have to visit in any certain order. Hours of operations for some locations vary and access to others require an admission fee (no more than $5 per person). This information will be provided for you.
To become a certified Summer Jamz finisher you must submit your passport along with documentation (e.g., photograph, receipt, etc.) of your three or more checkpoint visits. The front of your Summer Jamz passport must be visible in all photographs, along with your rally bandana. The time of each checkpoint visit must be written legibly on the corresponding page of your Passport. All photographs should be taken with your cell phone or digital camera and shown at check-in, 3 p.m., Saturday afternoon.
A point system will be used to determine scoring according to locations visited and additional bonus opportunities. High scorer will receive a trophy and bragging rights. All Finishers will be entered in a drawing for prizes and money.
This is our first year for Summer Jams Rally. If we receive good participation, it is likely that in future years an entry fee will be charged with proceeds going towards charity. Your suggestions are welcome.
